Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our Managed Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex cloud infrastructure.

The role requires a strong background in cloud computing, with expertise in Azure infrastructure management, Entra ID, SAML, and OAUTH. Additionally, experience with Azure Resource Manager, Microsoft Partner technologies, and DevOps processes is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the team on cloud-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Developing and maintaining operational documentation and diagrams
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cloud technologies and best practices

Desired skills and qualifications include:

  • Azure Associate-level certificate/s essential
  • Azure Architect or equivalent certificate desirable
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar senior server or cloud support role
  • Strong competency in scripting, automation, and infrastructure as code
  • Understanding of ITIL framework
  • Experience in a Managed Services Provider environment in a similar role
  • Experience in providing leadership and mentoring within a team
  • Other Public Cloud, Security, Linux, or Kubernetes experience
