Our highly skilled team requires an experienced Speech Pathologist based in the Mornington area. The successful candidate will focus on supporting clients living in the Mornington Peninsula area.

We offer flexible work arrangements to plan your work to best suit your lifestyle while also meeting the needs of your team and clients. Our professional development program includes fortnightly PD sessions and weekly supervision with the Speech Pathology Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner.
  • Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community.
  • Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client.
  • Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments.
