Your duties may include assisting with personal care, household duties, cooking, and medication management. You will also provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high levels of expertise in complex support environments, including In-Home Supports
- Experience in manual handling and providing personal care, including bathing, toileting, and dressing
- Effective communication and relationship maintenance with all key stakeholders
- Experience with PEG feeding, medication assistance, slide sheets, and hoist use
- Prior experience in complex and challenging behaviors
- Ability to prioritize workload and respond to emergent situations
- Flexibility to work across various shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night, and Overnight)
- Current Open Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
