The project involves establishing a data validation process for a new group data lake. This is a complex environment with multiple data pipelines and patterns, requiring skilled engineers who can proactively identify potential issues and ensure high-quality data.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive data validation plans
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data pipelines
  • Identifying and reporting data quality issues

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience in data validation or a related field
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
