Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester + Application Testing professional to assume key data validation and integrity roles.

Data Migration and Data Warehousing Testing:
  • Conduct rigorous testing of data migration and data warehousing processes to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
SQL Query Development:
  • Develop and execute complex SQL queries to validate data transformations and ensure business rule adherence.
Test Automation Strategies:
  • Utilize Python or other scripting languages to automate test processes, improve testing efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of deliverables.
Test Data Management Best Practices:
  • Create test data based on transformation rules in a controlled environment.
Test Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, validation scripts, test strategies, and test plans; manage and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts; track and report defects, and ensure timely resolution.
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Participation:
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Mid-Senior level experience in data validation and testing
  • Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in an Agile environment with effective use of tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Domain experience in Insurance is highly beneficial
