Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interface between Operations and Engineering teams to create and improve assembly processes.
  2. Lead engineering efforts for NPI process development and qualification.
  3. Conduct in-depth studies to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  4. Understand industry standards such as MIL-PRF-19500, MIL-PRF-38534, IPC600, and others used in semiconductor assembly.
  5. Create and update process documentation and support manufacturing training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related engineering disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Experience with semiconductor die attach and wire bonding processes.
  • Familiarity with statistical methods like SPC, Gage R&R, DOE, 5 Why's, 6 Sigma, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and learn quickly.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
