Job Description

\

This is a key team membership position within the Agency, supporting the team to resolve issues and risks across wide-ranging activities of substantial depth involving significant detail.

\

The role will exercise a considerable degree of independence to engage in complex problem solving and issues management within various functions.

\

Solid decision-making and judgement skills are required to produce high level reporting and planning advice and operational support.

\

Main Responsibilities:

\
  • Contributing to Corporate Plan reporting processes for Board and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) reports and other reporting activities as required.\
  • Coordinating input to produce relevant, timely and accurate reports ensuring branch reporting activities adhere to Agency standards and frameworks.\
  • Assisting in the development of the Agency annual work plan and Corporate Plan strategy.\
  • Providing local reporting requirement advice and support to business areas.\
  • Leading and/or supporting continuous improvement activities as they arise within the team.\
