Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Procurement Reporting Officer on a contract for 12 months with potential extension.

**Position Overview**

**About the Role**

The role will be required to provide operational and administrative support that is informed and directed by sound knowledge in reporting and contract areas and may undertake some research and analysis activities.

Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

- Entering, extracting and manipulating data in the Agency systems to enable accurate Agency reporting.
- Managing all corporate master data from third party systems and within NDIA systems in accordance with established procedures.
- Providing support and training for ongoing system and data projects.
- Initiating the drafting of procurement and contract related documentation.
- Processing invoices and tracking spend against budget.
