Job Opportunity:

The role of Security Consulting Leader at a leading cloud services provider involves collaborating with customers and partners to develop their technical expertise in security.

As a Security Consulting Leader, you will build relationships with key clients, provide expert security advice and guidance, lead proof-of-concept projects, and deliver successful customer engagements.

You will work closely with clients to address security risks and achieve desired outcomes, and implement and migrate client solutions and workloads onto the cloud.

This position focuses on all aspects of information and cyber security management, as well as business and regulatory compliance using cloud-based web services in large-scale computing environments.

  • Experience in IT and cyber security, security or compliance, and security risk management, including privacy, controls, etc.
  • A thorough understanding of cloud computing concepts, technologies, and workload transition.
  • Significant consulting experience and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to advise clients on architectures and practices meeting industry standards and frameworks, such as PSPF, ISM, ISO 27k, SOC, PCI-DSS, NIST CSF, etc.
  • Familiarity with availability concepts, archive, backup/recovery, and business continuity processes.
  • Strategic thinking about business, product, and technical challenges.
  • Consulting and/or implementation experience with enterprise security solutions, such as identity management, federation systems, WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM.
  • Technical expertise in security architecture, automation, integration, and deployment (DevOps).
  • Highly technical and analytical, potentially with IT implementation experience.
  • Experience building enterprise security strategy, including for cloud adoption or driving evolution to meet new requirements.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of technical specialist, design, and architecture experience
  • 10+ years of security, compliance, and risk management experience
  • 5+ years of cloud-based solution (AWS equivalent), system, network, and operating system experience
  • 7+ years of external or internal customer-facing, complex, and large-scale project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of professional or military experience
