Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced care coordinator to join our team in Shailer Park. As a care coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a client load of 30-40 clients, providing nursing support, advocating for clients, and collaborating with care staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of care services.
  • Provide nursing support to clients as required, including ENs and RN applicants.
  • Advocate for clients on all matters, ensuring their needs are met and respected.
  • Collaborate with care staff to provide guidance, training, and technical advice.
Requirements
  • Competitive salary between $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience and qualifications.
