Key Responsibilities:- Mental Health Care Experience
- Community Access
- Transport support (own vehicle essential)
- Aged Care/Disability support Experience
- Managing Challenging Behaviours
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A genuine passion to work alongside participants/the elderly and make a positive difference in their lives
- Professional experience of the NDIS and/or Aged Care sectors
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to a person-centred focus and flexibility to support needs based on individual circumstances
- Resilience and compassion
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Qualification in Disability, Aged Care or related field preferred
- Current First Aid certificate
- Current CPR certificate
- Current National Police check
- Current Drivers Licence & access to a reliable vehicle
- The right to work in Australia
- Job Type: Casual
- Salary: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
