Job Title: Leadership Development Specialist

Description:

The company is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Leadership Development Specialist. This position plays a vital role in ensuring compliance with company standards, working under the supervision of the General Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to make quality decisions, and develop the necessary skills to become a successful General Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality and accurate customer orders through effective team leadership.
  • Develop and promote quality standards among team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Recommend performance actions and create a team-oriented environment that encourages growth and development.
  • Maintain sales goals by providing exceptional customer service and implementing local marketing strategies.
  • Manage administrative duties and control costs to ensure efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory levels and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Stay adaptable in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
  • Supervisory experience required.
