About the Job

This part-time role (30 hours per week) on a 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Australian market. Your primary responsibility will be to spearhead the energy and positivity of launching a new brand, while also leading the collective efforts of the business to achieve launch KPIs and build a sustainable foundation for long-term success.

You will work closely with our marketing team to develop and implement a robust brand management plan, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes and procedures. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting key stakeholders to set and oversee the delivery of the Leapmotor Marketing strategy for the Australian market.
  • Managing and overseeing the creation, execution, and implementation of ATL & BTL activities, including communication strategies, media plans and partnerships, advertising, social media, brand and retail POS, catalogues and collateral, website content, EDM strategy and content, events, activations and sponsorships.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion, both locally and globally.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business/Commerce, Marketing or Communication.
  • 5 years or more within a similar role (client or agency side).
  • A high understanding of the marketing function, including creative, media, digital, CRM, social etc.
  • Commercial awareness and business acumen.
  • Some travel may be required.
