The Role

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Marketing and Communications to lead our marketing efforts and drive our brand to new heights. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and driving our marketing, media, and communications strategies, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving initiatives that boost our brand visibility and achieve strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement.
  2. Budget and Resource Management: Efficiently manage the marketing budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI.
  3. Lead brand management and content creation: Ensure brand identity, messaging, and strategy are consistently infused in all organisational efforts.
  4. Coordinate events and initiatives: Facilitate the planning and execution of events, workshops, and initiatives.
  5. Leverage data analytics for decision-making: Monitor market trends and report findings.

About you:

We are looking for a visionary leader with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing multi-channel marketing plans, managing brand identity, and leading creative teams. If you are passionate about driving brand success and have the ability to navigate complex projects while inspiring your team, we would love to hear from you.

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organisation.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
