About the Role

We are seeking a number of Directors to join our team and contribute to our mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and governance oversight.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute skills in finance, philanthropy, people and culture, homelessness, and/or domestic violence expertise, governance, fundraising, or community/government relations.
  • Promote safe and trauma-informed practices.
  • Participate in regular board meetings.
  • Support strategic planning and policy development.
  • Assist in advocacy, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Monitor organisational performance against the strategic plan.
  • Support staff wellbeing and a healthy workplace culture.
