Senior Structural Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects.
- Identify key clients and develop strategies to maintain and enhance relationships.
- Manage engineering requirements for projects requiring substantial professional experience.
- Undertake improvement of professional engineering tasks, project management, and project controls.
- Site based inspections, engineering, and commission services to internal and external projects.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Engineering degree or equivalent, recognised by Engineers Australia (RPEQ highly regarded).
- Extensive design experience within an engineering consultancy or associated industry.
- Strong experience in Defence and/or Health sectors.
- Demonstrated skills in Project and Design Management within structural engineering.
- Strong leadership qualities with proven ability to work collaboratively and mentor others.
