Key Responsibilities
Develop strategies to maintain relationships with key clients
Manage engineering requirements for substantial projects
Improve professional engineering tasks, project management, and project controls
Conduct site inspections and commissioning services
Monitor project controls and assessment within time, cost, and quality expectations
Coach and develop team members
Requirements
A degree in engineering or an equivalent recognized by Engineers Australia
Substantial design experience in an engineering consultancy or industry
Strong experience in Defence and/or Health sectors
Demonstrated skills in Project and Design Management within structural engineering
Strong leadership qualities and ability to mentor others
Excellent communication skills with clients, staff, and management
