Retail Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to demonstrate your exceptional customer facing and rapport building skills. As the face of our business, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in our showroom and over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:- Greeting and serving customers in our showroom
- Entering orders and processing customer payments
- Providing high level correspondence to all queries, including key accounts and stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate databases
- Following up with new clients for feedback on their experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), confidence on the phone and in front of clients, experience in retail or a similar customer facing position, and high level of experience with Microsoft Office.
