Job Description

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee daily quality operations and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the business, ensuring all quality processes align with industry standards.

This is a permanent role that offers the opportunity to work with a reputable organization, contribute to the development of core quality processes, and play a key role in driving business success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with recognized quality management standards.

The job involves managing a small team, overseeing day-to-day quality operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the Quality Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing core quality processes such as non-conformance reporting, change management, audits, process capability analysis, and equipment calibrations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality policies, procedures, and controls
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives to drive business growth and excellence
  • Managing a small team to achieve quality objectives
  • Overseeing day-to-day quality operations to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Developing and maintaining core quality processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or quality management
  • At least 10 years of experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001
