Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Professional to manage the quality function across multiple project sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing QA systems, processes, and ISO 9001 compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a quality strategy aligned with the project's objectives and goals.
  • Maintain and enhance existing quality management systems to ensure ongoing compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage subcontractor quality documentation, including inspection and testing protocols, nonconformance reports, and defect records.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate quality risks and opportunities throughout the project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications in Quality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in quality management roles within construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in ISO 9001 compliance and quality assurance practices.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes of practice, and Australian Standards.
