Salt is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to work for a leading Edtech online platform that is used globally by government bodies, schools, teachers/tutors and parents.
- The opportunity to create innovative acquisition campaigns across Australia with a leader in tech education.
- With their product being utilised by millions of students, teachers and parents in 100+ countries, they are helping educate the youth and bring equality to education.
- As the leader of this newly created position, you will take ownership of creating localised initiatives in your own way to make a difference.

What will you do?
- Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the senior executive team
- Identify opportunities to implement and then innovate world-class digital campaigns
- Identify and develop channel opportunities with technology partners
- Own the strategy and execute performance marketing with agency implementation.

What will you have?
- A deep understanding and passion for all things digital
- Experience in growing an online brand
- Very data-centric, good with numbers, a pro with Google Analytics, App tracking and driving that growth
- Agency management experience, as they will be executing your campaigns in line with the strategy you communicate to them.
- An open mind and ability to quickly adapt to new environments
