Strategic Finance Professional

We are seeking a highly experienced finance professional with ECM history to join our successful and growing corporate finance team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform financial analysis, contribute to reports and advice documents.
- Conduct market research, prepare business/financial models.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, conduct initial drafting of documents.
- Provide clear and concise written reports to clients.
- Strong financial analytical capabilities, modelling and verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of corporate finance or ECM experience required.
- A proven ability to think commercially about the needs of the client.
- Strong team orientation, demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in finance industry, at least 2 years' experience in ECM or corporate advisory.
- Postgraduate qualification completed.
- Strong understanding of technical issues, changes to legislation, valuations and accounting standards.
- Self-motivated, able to take ownership on jobs.
- Strong report writing skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
