Senior Water Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Infrastructure Specialist to join our team in Cairns, Australia. As a key member of our water infrastructure team, you will play a crucial role in providing expert consultancy, design, and engineering services to clients across Northern Australia and New Zealand.
About the RoleIn this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for managing projects that involve the planning, development, delivery, and operation of water infrastructure projects. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultancy, design, and engineering services to clients across Northern Australia and New Zealand;
- Manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction;
- Collaborate with commercial, project management, and technical leaders to identify opportunities for growth and development;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams;
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, best practices, and emerging trends in water infrastructure;
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory requirement);
- National Professional Engineer Registration (mandatory requirement);
- Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (mandatory requirement);
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop others and build strong client relationships;
- A strong understanding of industry standards and best practices;
- Construction Safety Training (White Card) and a current driver's license.
