Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated professional to lead our Early Careers proposition and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

This role involves collaborating with the Talent Acquisition and Human Resources team to develop effective sourcing channels and enhance our employer brand reputation.

You'll manage attendance at early career events, work closely with leaders and HRBPs to determine demand, and plan resource and training requirements.

In addition, you'll support a consistent selection process, engage with business areas and HR to manage Early Career Programs, and partner with relevant stakeholders to identify future talent pipelines.

You'll also design and execute the Intern/Graduate Program Framework, defining and coordinating the full life cycle of the Intern & Graduate journey.

Key responsibilities include delivering induction events, conducting regular reviews, attending talent networks, and building an external network of similar-sized organizations to share best practices.

Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
