Our Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Goodstart, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the depth and quality of our talent across all levels. Be a valued team member who makes a difference every day, using your strong interpersonal skills to deliver an exceptional experience that aligns with Goodstart's values and governance standards to protect the safety of children.

Your Impact

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for centre-based roles, including Centre Leadership positions, driving quality outcomes across the full hiring process
• Manage high-volume recruitment with efficiency while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
• Champion process excellence in our ATS (SuccessFactors) by maintaining up-to-date notes, crafting personalised job adverts, reference and compliance checks, and data-driven dashboards
• Foster strong, customer-focused relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees to support collaborative decision-making
• Apply critical thinking to create engaging branding content and attract talent across platforms such as SuccessFactors database, LinkedIn, Seek and other forums
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and governance throughout the talent lifecycle, ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are met.
• Be the first point of contact for candidates pursuing a career in the early learning sector
• Strengthen internal partnerships to support high-quality hiring outcomes and enhance organisational capability.
• Using data and insights to guide decisions and continuously improve talent practices

You'll Bring To The Table

• Experience in a high-volume talent acquisition is preferred
• A clear understanding of the end-to-end talent recruitment
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Strong ability to engage with and influence leaders at all levels
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workflows effectively
• Proven problem-solving ability and sound decision-making
• High attention to detail and commitment to compliance, governance, and safeguarding standards
• Current QLD Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)
