We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for building strong relationships, engaging and collaborating with others. If you have a solid understanding of early learning, excellent negotiation skills and experience in end-to-end recruitment, this could be your dream role.

  • A background in recruitment, with at least 2-4 years of talent acquisition experience, coupled with some experience/interest in early learning OR a strong background in customer relationship management or Early Childhood Education and a desire to learn about recruitment
  • A solid understanding of early learning, and the roles and responsibilities within a Centre (not essential but ideal)
  • Strong relationship, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Fresh ideas and an interest in refining our recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Experience with systems, preferably an Applicant Tracking System
Talent Acquisition Role Responsibilities:
  • Source and attract top talent through various channels
  • Screen and shortlist suitable candidates
  • Cordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, assist with decision-making and complete references
  • Generate offers, contracts, onboard and induct new employees
