Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bevilles Jewellers. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants and providing exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase customer engagement
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training to sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous leadership experience in a retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
