A leading ASX-listed investment manager in Sydney seeks a seasoned professional to oversee equity fund operations. The successful candidate will have expertise in equity markets, fund management, and risk control, with a proven track record of leadership in a complex investment environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring timely settlement of equity transactions, compliance with ASX rules, and resolving discrepancies with brokers and custodians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee NAV calculations, unit pricing, and performance metrics to ensure accurate valuations and corporate action adjustments.
  • Manage corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, mergers), adjusting fund NAVs and positions accordingly.
  • Maintain operational risks in equity trading and fund operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal controls.
  • Provide performance reports and insights on trade activity, fund NAVs, P&L, and reconciliation outcomes.
  • Lead the Investment Operations and Fund Accounting teams, driving efficiency, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
