Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning software solutions in airport environments.

About the Role

This is a delivery-focused position that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-first approach. You will work closely with project managers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the successful implementation of software solutions, including on-site hypercare and issue resolution.
  • Deliver product training to airport IT employees, covering operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
  • Regularly report progress to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Assist with software updates, patching, and hardware installations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience delivering hardware installations in airport environments.
  • Familiarity with SaaS deployments in operational environments.
  • Strong technical skills, including Windows-based machines, Active Directory, and network configurations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A customer-first approach and a self-starter mentality.
