Patient Financial Coordinator

Our goal is to find a diligent Patient Accounts Administrator who can take care of billing and collections for our medical facilities in Southern NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain successful Revenue Cycle policies, processes, and documentation.
- Monitor Unbilled Revenue reports for workload management.
- Submit accurate patient billing to health funds and third parties according to required KPIs.
- Perform initial debt collection functions.
- Provide timely responses to patient or stakeholder queries relating to billing and debt collections.
- Develop strong relationships with site teams involved in billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training modules.
- Interpret health fund contracts effectively.
Requirements:
- A valid National Police check conducted within the last 12 months.
- Proof of Covid-19 vaccination.
- Additional requirements may include a Working-With-Children check and immunisation records against infectious diseases.
