Delivering exceptional patient care is at the heart of our General Medical/Palliative Care Ward team. We are seeking experienced nurses to join us in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients under supervision, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care needs, maintaining a high standard of quality care delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, fostering positive working relationships in a fast-paced setting.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
- Contribute to high-quality patient care aligned with industry standards and best practices.
- Relevant qualifications and registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
- Minimum two years postgraduate nursing experience in a hospital role.
- Enrolled Nurses will be medication endorsed and IV qualified.
- Experience within medical and palliative care specialties.
