Accelerate Growth with Strategic Partnerships

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business plan that aligns with executive leaders and key partners. Your primary objective will be to deliver joint solutions and revenue growth through a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute global system integrator (GSI) alliance strategy and business planning, including sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategies, programs, and offerings.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with leaders of the GSI partners; manage and prepare for quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Manage and facilitate joint field and partner enablement and build measurement systems to consistently track results and progress.
  • Work with the Global GSI Alliance team members to understand and support the overall strategy and goals.
  • Serve as an escalation point of contact to help resolve field conflicts using network of key contacts within both companies as well as knowledge of mutual businesses.
  • Obtain critical consensus for Snowflake by positioning, educating, and marketing value proposition across GSI partnerships.
  • Lead the development and communication of partnership performance analysis, e.g., financial performance, key metrics, and related insight.
  • Work closely with in-country sales teams to guide collaboration and engagements with global and regional SI teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a mix of partner, sales, marketing, business development in technology roles.
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
  • 3+ years experience focused on global systems integrator / GSI partners.
  • Proven record of guiding virtual teams and delivering results.
  • Ability to design and present business plans, track and articulate program progress, design and document program guidelines for distribution throughout the organisation (all levels) and for external use.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet expectations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving skills and ability to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments is preferred.
