About the Role:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in an aged care kitchen environment and food services
  • A passion for providing quality, relationship-based individual service
  • Current Food Handling/Food Safety Certificate
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Food Safety regulations, guidelines, standards, and relevant legislation
  • Knowledge of OH&S and infection control specific to catering
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Effective and positive communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
