• Leading a Learning Support Faculty to deliver high-quality teaching and support to students with additional learning needs;

• Highly developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders and collaboratively develop and implement strategies to meet specific learning needs;
• Demonstrated capacity to collaboratively develop and implement programs aligned with the school's strategic directions, working with executive teams and the broader school community;
