Job Title: Payroll Service Delivery LeaderThe Payroll Service Delivery Leader is a key leadership position responsible for managing payroll services and leading a team to deliver end-to-end payroll solutions.This role ensures timely and accurate payment of employees in line with their respective terms and conditions and legislative requirements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cycles across awards, enterprise agreements, and individually contracted employees.
  • Ensure all employer obligations are met in a timely manner, including FBT, ATO, and Return to Work.
  • Lead process improvement and leverage payroll systems to enhance employee experience, educate line leaders, and drive efficiencies into practices.
  • Provide effective leadership and direction to the payroll team to ensure efficient and effective delivery of payroll services with a strong customer service focus.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Significant experience in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of software applications.
  • A strong financial or commercial acumen.
  • A people leader who can inspire team performance and lead teams through change and optimisation projects.
