A member-focused super fund is seeking an experienced Case Manager to join their close-knit, compassionate team.

In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end process of death claims with empathy and efficiency—guiding beneficiaries through difficult times, handling queries, and ensuring smooth claims outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage life insurance or superannuation-based death claims
  • Challenge insurer decisions and prepare trustee recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with members, legal representatives, and stakeholders
  • Deliver fair and supportive service to those who need it most
