Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee services across a regional portfolio.
  • Plan, direct, control, and coordinate customer experience activities.

  • Deliver client promise through responsive service and strategic partnerships.

Accountabilities Include:

  • Supervise Customer Experience Managers and team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and develop strategies to exceed expectations.
  • Manage team rosters within budgetary guidelines and maintain operating equipment.
  • Plan, implement, deliver, communicate, review, and budget Customer Activations.
Skill Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills with coaching, mentoring, and inspiring teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build relationships.
  • Commercially savvy with sound decision-making skills and business awareness.
