As a Network Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing strategic infrastructure solutions to meet evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and evaluate infrastructure requirements to ensure future-readiness.
  • Provide expert technical support for project development, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including design plans, implementation procedures, and support materials.
  • Collaborate in the development of operational strategies and policies.
  • Communicate end-to-end implications of configuration changes.
  • Offer detailed technical guidance and communicate strategic information to senior executives.
  • Share knowledge and expertise as a subject matter expert, aiding and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
  • Research emerging technologies and provide recommendations on product suitability.
  • Engage with external agencies and service providers to build service delivery capabilities.
  • Maintain high availability and disaster recovery solutions for IT systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years' experience in internet gateway and large-scale data centre networking environments.
  • Expertise in F5/Blue Coat Layer 4-7 switching/load balancing and proxy systems.
  • Familiarity with Cisco Data Centre technologies, Cisco ACI, Cisco Routers, nexus switches, routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP.
  • Experience with Palo Alto firewalls and IPS Solutions.
  • Familiarity with VPN technologies, email, and DNS (Infoblox) Solutions.
  • Experience in hybrid and public cloud services.
