Network Infrastructure Specialist

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to develop, build, configure and maintain key components of our Defence stand-alone network.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test and configure new and existing network elements in an Agile-like environment.
  • Develop detailed designs and specifications for network architecture.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Data Centre Architecture, including Network, Compute, Storage and Network Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Network Engineering, with a focus on Cisco Enterprise Networking, WAN, LAN and Data Centre.
  • Experience with Software Defined Networking and Network Security Design.
  • Knowledge of storage solutions, VMware Cloud Foundation or VSphere.

 

Benefits:
  • 5 to 10 years minimum experience in the industry and Defence.
  • CCNP or CCIE level skills.
  • Australian citizenship with an active NV2 clearance.
