Trade Store Customer Service Representative

Knauf Gypsum is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Trade Store Customer Service Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our trade store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure accurate and efficient receipting, unloading, and storing of stock items, as well as maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Process customer orders with high accuracy, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Conduct regular quality control checks on picked items, including counting and recording finished goods stock figures.
- Deal with customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing a positive and professional experience.
- Carry out stock take activities, including daily variance checks and end-of-period stock takes.
- Perform general warehouse duties and maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Good phone skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office skills to complete operational tasks.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching experience is highly desirable.
