As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced medical technologies to patients in need. You will collaborate extensively with leading healthcare professionals, providing clinical, technical, and educational support in electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrophysiology (EP) Support
    • Provide technical training and support to Cardiac Electrophysiologists, Cardiac Physiologists, and Nurses on Boston Scientific electrophysiology products.
    • Attend EP procedures with customers, providing detailed training and advice on clinical attributes and techniques associated with Boston Scientific electrophysiology products.
    • Provide clinical support, including trouble-shooting and clinical guidance, to diagnose and treat cardiac arrhythmias.
    • Support the full range of Boston Scientific EP Catheters and other related products.
  • Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Support
    • Provide superior day-to-day field clinical support, including patient interactions, programming of Boston devices, and patient follow-up.
    • Participate in the on-call roster and support the CRM team after hours and on weekends.
  • Customer Relationships and Business Development
    • Build strong customer relationships to understand their needs and identify potential new business opportunities.
    • Respond to complex customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing feasible solutions.
    • Record customer information and activities in the company's CRM system.
Requirements
  • Previous clinical case experience within electrophysiology/rhythm management is essential.
  • Strong technical and clinical skills.
  • Proven experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Ability to absorb complex technical information and apply this knowledge in the field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in biomedical engineering or science-related disciplines are preferred.
  • Exposure to conventional EP and ability to interpret EP signals.
  • Desired qualifications: IBHRE EP, IBHRE Pacing.
