Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Mexican dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and taste.
  • Assist with managing daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock control, and compliance with hygiene practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to create new menu items and seasonal specials.
  • Ensure that dishes are presented according to the restaurant's standards.
  • Oversee kitchen efficiency, focusing on food cost control and minimizing waste.
  • Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations.
