Learning Support Professional

This is an exciting and challenging role for someone passionate about Christian education, adopting a relational approach to their work. They will demonstrate experience and a willingness to partner with the Learning Support team and College Staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between teachers and students, under the guidance of the Head of Student Learning and Support, to provide individualised interventions.
- Guide teachers in planning and implementing learning strategies and activities that cater to students' needs.
- Provide advice on managing student behavior for students with disabilities.
- A personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively engaging with their local Church community.
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in learning support or special education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, teachers, and parents.
