At the forefront of delivering specialized technical services, our team seeks a skilled hydraulic specialist to lead and guide technicians in support of submarine maintenance and workshop operations. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work on high-integrity defence assets while fostering technical excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical trade certification or equivalent experience
  • Training and/or certification in hydraulics
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Valid Australian Class C driver's license
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance as defined by AGSVA guidelines

In this dynamic environment, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing complex equipment, interpreting detailed drawings, managing workshop operations, and utilizing systems like IFS to meet daily objectives.
