Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lead Technician with expertise in hydraulic and mechanical systems. This role involves delivering technical services, leading and guiding technicians to meet team, company, and customer objectives.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in hydraulic and mechanical systems, particularly in high-integrity environments. They will take pride in their ability to diagnose, repair, and refurbish complex equipment and possess strong leadership skills.

  • Mechanical trade certification or equivalent experience
  • Training and/or certification in hydraulics
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Valid Australian Class C driver's license
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Commonwealth Defence Security Clearance as defined by AGSVA guidelines
