We are looking for an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to drive forward our business in an expanding market to help enhance our dominance in this space.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a full range of supply authority design solutions for building services and infrastructure projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ASP3 high voltage projects for a range of clients.
  • Build relationships with clients, internal and external.
  • Manage and deliver electrical projects from concept, through design and construction.
  • Support the high and low voltage distribution teams with design advice and in an Authority Liaison role.
  • Negotiate with Supply Authorities, obtaining approvals and certifications.
  • Attend client meetings & site inspections.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree qualified engineer.
  • Local state experience working in a design consultancy or similar.
  • Ability to work as part of a team with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to complete Authority design including indoor and outdoor substations, new network connection projects, asset relocation projects, streetlighting, subdivisions.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong experience with AutoCAD.

About the Role:

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
