Dynamic Restaurant Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to support the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, while also guiding the team through busy periods.
Your key responsibilities will include spearheading crew training, elevating the guest experience, and contributing to the management of inventory and finances.
As a successful candidate, you will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and past success in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will be working closely with the Restaurant Manager to drive business objectives and sales growth. You will also be responsible for leading by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and fostering a positive work environment.
