Job Opportunity

This role presents a chance to lead a disability service in the Border Riverina area, promoting safe and high-quality experiences for customers. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving standards and performance measures, ensuring customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a dynamic leadership position that requires inspiring team members to strive for excellence, upholding the rights and dignity of individuals supported, and building meaningful relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector, strong command of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework, and proven workforce capacity and practice capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding, and customer goals are met.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive performance improvement and address areas for growth.
  3. Build and maintain effective relationships with participants, families, staff, and sector stakeholders.
  4. Provide sound financial analysis and budget management, ensuring the organization's resources are utilized effectively.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector.
