Senior Contract Administrator

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to manage the full estimating and contracts administration process on luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyse architectural plans, specifications, and other project documentation to develop accurate cost estimates for high-end residential construction projects
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labour estimates for various trades and scopes of work
- Manage contract preparation, review, and administration, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and variations
- Assist in procurement by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and selecting suitable suppliers
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide accurate and timely reports on project financials
- Manage progress claims, invoicing, and ensure timely payments
