Senior Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a senior-level role that requires advanced technical skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced electrical and mechanical service, installation, and repair work on equipment. They will also troubleshoot and modify control systems, interpret diagrams, and recommend system improvements.
This is a critical role that requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, building strong relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced electrical and mechanical service, installation, and repair work on equipment
- Troubleshoot and modify control systems
- Interpret AutoCAD circuit and mechanical diagrams
- Recommend and implement system improvements
- Deliver operator training
- Complete detailed service reports with accurate diagnostics and part recommendations
- Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and customers to achieve successful outcomes
- Lead safety compliance across all work environments
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- A current A Grade Electrical Licence
- Strong PLC experience
- Proven field service capability
